At the beginning of a phone call, an automatic voice message informs the recipient that the call will be transcribed and recorded into text. The announcement message is a legal obligation.
You may also choose between two versions of the announcement message. Select the one you like most in Settings > Text Call > Announcement Message.
However, you may need to turn off this message for privacy reasons. RogerVoice now enables you to do so on the Android version. This feature will be added to the iOS app on September 2016. Keep you eyes peeled!
To turn off the message, go to Settings > Text Call > Announcement Message and select "None".
Important: If you choose to turn off the announcement message, the transcription will not be saved after the call and you won't be able to read it again.
Make sure the announcement message is turned on if you want to keep the transcription of a call.
